Frequently Asked Questions

Please find below answers to your most typical questions.

Are you a PMI REP?

All the courses offered by PMbase are developped by PMI R.E.Ps. REPs training providers are audited and approved by PMI. They follow PMI-established criteria regarding PDU and Continuing Certification Requirements and as stated on the REP page of PMI website: "Courses offered by PMI Registered Education Providers (R.E.P.) are pre-approved for PDUs to fulfill the PMP® Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR)".

What is the difference between PDUs Category 3 and Category 4?

PMI CCR recognizes several types of training providers. Category 3 are Registered Education Providers (REP) and category 4 are other providers. Certificates of attendance issued by REP will be reported as category 3 while certificates issued by other providers belong to the category 4. There is no maximum number of PDUs that may be claimed under category 3 or category 4.

PMbase students are provided with certificates category 4 which are easy to report. For each course or training program mastered, students will get one certificate directly and quickly from PMbase. In addition, to help our students conveniently report alltogether their course series and packages, PMbase delivers the specific set of documentation required by PMI for for auditing purpose. It allows students to save time by filling PMI reporting form only once for all the PDUs they have earned with PMbase.

When will I receive my training certificate? How do I report my PDUs to PMI?

As soon as you have completed a course, you will see the button "print my certificate" and be able to print it instantly. In addition PMbase will automatically activate your reporting wizard and step-by-step tutorial to get you ready to fill in the PMI reporting form. We have ensured this process will be simple and straighforward. It is the smart way to gain PDUs.

Do you offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Within 15 days of your purchase and prior course completion, if you do not like a course, simply ask for a refund to our customer service. We will give you a full refund of your course (minus $15 for admin. fees), no questions asked. In the event of a refund, all copies of our course provider study material that are still in your possession must be destroyed.

When can I start my course? Is there any schedule constraints?

As soon as you have purchased, we will proceed to the course registration and you will receive your login and password, usually in minutes, maximum one business day. You will be able to start taking your course online right away. You are given a full year of unlimited access to your course. There is no schedule constraint. For example, if you decide to study 2 hours a day, you can expect to complete a 10 PDU course in 5 days. You may also decide to go through all your course at once, however, please note that studying 6 hours per day should be considered a maximum.
